100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE We at Above The Crowd Photography are very proud of our work, and we want our customers to be as well. So, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your portraits, we will reshoot them FREE OF CHARGE! The reshoot must be at a reasonable distance from the studio (not farther than the original shoot) and must be completed within four to six weeks after the original shoot.

REFERRAL PROGRAM

It is because of customers like you that we are able to stay in business. The fact that the majority of our business is generated by word of mouth allows us to spend more time with our valued customers and less time advertising. We feel that this benefits both the customer and the studio. Our Referral Program was created to allow our customers to benefit from telling their friends and family about us. Our policy is to ask every new client where they heard about us, if they give us your name or present us with a Referral Card with your name on it, you will receive a coupon for a free 8×10 (a $25 value) to be applied to your next sitting. This coupon is valid for one year after the date it is issued and can only be redeemed for an 8×10 Gift Portrait.

All images will be uploaded to a CD after which time we will send you a copy to view your proofs.

WEDDINGS

A retainer fee equaling the amount of 1/3 that of your wedding package price is required to book your wedding date. This payment will be applied to your package and is non-refundable. The balance of your wedding package is to be paid IN FULL two weeks before the wedding date. No Exceptions! Weddings split between two different days must be scheduled well in advance, and will have an additional charge of $100 Sundays and Holidays – Weddings booked on these day’s require an additional $150.00. A $200 fee is required for any outside lab use of negatives or digital files.

PORTRAITS

A retainer fee equaling the amount of the image creation fee plus 1/2 that of your portrait package price is required on the day of the sitting. The balance is due at the time the order is picked up. Sundays and Holidays – a minimum non-refundable retainer fee of $150.00 will be taken at the time of scheduling the appointment, and will be applied toward the image creation/portrait order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for completion and delivery.

COPYRIGHT

All images created by Above The Crowd Photography are copyrighted and protected by Federal Law. Any unauthorized copying of images created by Above The Crowd Photography will result in a charge of upto but not limited to $150 per image copied and prosecution.

BE ON TIME

On your wedding day your time is precious. We schedule minimum time required for your event. Getting a late start will affect the number of shots to select from in your package, and quality of the posing. Remember your package price is based on time not on number of shots taken, so let’s not have to rush through it.

OTHER PHOTOGRAPHERS

Under your contract we require that we are the exclusive photographer. Other photographers whether professional or amateur working at our side is not permitted or tolerated.

OUR GUARANTEE

While Above The Crowd Photography will do everything within it’s capabilities to provide satisfactory services and fulfill the agreed upon obligation, Above The Crowd Photography assumes no liability in the event of theft, accident, illness, mechanical failure, weather, or other mishaps beyond it’s reasonable care and control. Compensation is limited to moneys paid to Above The Crowd Photography.
